The funding will go out in September.

Rope & Smoke: Possible dates for 2022, April 1-2nd or April 8-9th this is still being determined. Lorin Kieschnick and Tony Lampo will be in charge this year. We had a great event this year on May 21-22nd we ended up with 50 ropers, we had 6 BBQ teams, sponsorships were down considerably which led to cutbacks on expenses. Profit for 2021- $5,938.38 this was way down from 2019 which was a profit of $11,834.69 but better than 2018 that profit was $2589.00 we will relatively well for the time we had.

Golf: Alan Christensen reports the Golf tournament is still set for October 30, 2021 at A&M golf course. They are telling us the course will be open and ready by then. We have not sent any information out yet; we plan on meeting pretty quick to start getting sponsors and setting up teams, information will go out in the next week or so.

Fishing: Dewayne Williams reports the Fishing Tournament will be held September 10 – 11 at Lake Somerville. We need Brazos Valley people to come out and support, the Giddings people are about 3:1, they really support this Fishing tournament. Brazos Valley does support just not as much as we should it is supposed to be 50/50 deal where we get 50% of the revenue. We are looking for sponsors, fisherman is not really a problem we generally have anywhere from 70 to 80 boats. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please look for the link on the API website.

No Benevolence

Old Business: Jason and Erica have been working on trying to set a date, we are having to do this remotely to work with Ranch House Designs for our new website, but Jason and I spoke this evening we will have that done and finalized before our September meeting. This is in the works, as well as our new bank accounts since we are able to close out everything from the Rope & Smoke, we will be able to transfer everything to our new bank (City Bank on University) that we all voted on. This will all be done by our September meeting.

New Business: Since we are only meeting bi-monthly, we need to begin thinking about the elections everyone will need to put their name in the hate for the new Officers & Board Members for 2022. We will take nominations at September meeting. The ballots will be ready for voting at November meeting. Anyone that does anything with Letter Head, the API Energy Logo has been updated/ changed and everything need to reflect the new logo, this must be updated on ALL BVAPI correspondence. The Logo has already been updated on our Website and Facebook. Here is a picture of the new logo. What was figured out with the registration link for events?
